Register a Float

Fees, size limits and everything to have ready before you start. Most entries take about fifteen minutes, and you pay by card at the end.

Registration closes Saturday, November 7, 2026.

Entry fees

Not-for-profit entries are $75, which includes the first vehicle, and $100 for each additional vehicle. Business entries are $150, which includes the first vehicle, and $200 for each additional vehicle.

Size limits

Floats can be up to 80 feet long, 10 feet wide and 13 feet high. Read the parade rules.

Have these ready

  • Your organization's name, and your not-for-profit or charity number if you have one
  • Two contacts: a main contact, and a second person we can reach if the first cannot be
  • Your float's length, width and height, and a simple sketch showing them
  • A few sentences for the announcer to read as you pass the reviewing stand
  • A credit or debit card for the entry fee
